Awards are nice, but I’m extremely dissapointed with this company. This past Monday, I paid over $1800 to Lowe’s for a granite countertop from KraftMaid. I was told that someone from KraftMaid would contact me within 2 days, and set up an appointment within a week.
After not hearing from anyone for 4 days, I called Lowes. they were able to get someone from KraftMaid to finally call me, but I was told they couldn’t even come to measure until the 29th, 2 1/2 weeks after I paid. This company has no idea what customer service is, and I wish I had never heard of them.
